Weather Data Viewer 2021 – Enterprise License is not the annual subscription access to the online Weather Data Viewer 2021. Instead, it is special, licensed permission for software developers who want to use the data from the Weather Data Viewer 2021 in software. This license is subject to the conditions listed below.

Conditions of Use:

1.1 The ASHRAE copyright will be clearly shown on your product along with the following attribution: “©2021 ASHRAE, www.ashrae.org. Used with permission.”

1.2 Your product must specifically reference Weather Data Viewer 2021, as older editions of the Weather Data Viewer exist.

1.3 Use of any portion of ASHRAE publications or products on the World Wide Web is not permitted without express written permission from ASHRAE. Additional license fees may apply.

1.4 Payment of a $2000 license fee to ASHRAE for a non-exclusive license to use text, tables, and data from Weather Data Viewer 2021.

1.5 ASHRAE ownership of the data must be noted in your product along with appropriate disclaimers affording protection to ASHRAE from use of your product.

1.6 There is no implication in or on your product or in materials promoting your product that ASHRAE has endorsed, reviewed, or certified your product.

1.7 Your product’s license conditions prohibit redistribution of modified versions of the product or of Weather Data Viewer 2021.

1.8 Upon receipt by ASHRAE of payment of the $2000 license fee, this license will become effective.
